I'm Susanna Birge, a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. With a year of professional experience in personal training, I bring a unique approach to fitness, blending my rich background in education with a commitment to health and wellness.

Before embarking on my journey as a personal trainer, I spent over 25 years in the field of education, teaching in public schools. My experience includes teaching music and instruments, where I cultivated patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of individual learning styles. These skills seamlessly translate into my personal training practice, where I tailor fitness plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
